Over 80 volunteers from local schools, universities and areas throughout the state of Ohio helped Middletown residents deal with the particulate matter from AK Steel that collects in the gutters of their homes. This particulate matter rains down on Oneida neighborhoods on a daily basis, making it necessary to clean out gutters frequently.
